Fast Starter company Jack Media opens Sydney office hiring Matt Bateman to head operation
One of Australia’s fastest growing ad tech companies Jack Media is opening a Sydney office which will be headed by Matt Bateman, Mumbrella can reveal.
Jack Media is a Byron Bay based ad tech company that bills itself as “lead generation marketplace” working with publishers to better use their data. In October it was named number 37 on the BRW Fast Starter list after achieving 80 per cent growth last year – the highest ranked media company in the list.
The agency has tapped Bateman, who has held senior positions at a raft of digital technology and marketing firms, including Cohort, LeadBolt, Funbox and Viva9, to lead the charge into Sydney.
The company boasts clients including Kogan, Living Social, Groupon and OzSale.

“We are expanding to Sydney to maximise the value we add to our existing client base and further establish our position as the most agile and fast moving lead generation provider in Australia,” said James Kitchener, co-founder and director of Jack Media.
“Its a huge move for us because we aim to create a satellite growth office in Sydney to double our business within 12-18 months.”
