The Fault In Our Stars has maintained its top box office ranking after taking in $2.438m across 320 screens over the weekend.
In just over two weeks the film, based on the book by Jone Green, has taken just over $8m in Australia.
Children’s animated movie How to Train Your Dragon 2 grabbed second place, after taking in $2.170m across 484 screens, taking its total Australian box office takings to $5.233m.
It pushed Edge Of Tomorrow and Maleficent into third and fourth place with just over $40,000 separating the two.

Edge Of Tomorrow, which stars Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt, grabbed $1.773m across 437 screens while Disney’s Maleficent managed $1.733m across 490 screens.
Comedy Blended, starring Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler, took $1.315m across 207 screens in its opening weekend, while X-Men: Days of Future Past was pushed into 6th place after taking $1.230m across 389 screens.
Grace of Monaco, which stars Nicole Kidman as Grace Kelly, was in 7th place after only managing to take in $333,830 across 206 screens.
