Feature Communications picks up PR for Clean Up Australia

Creative communications agency, Feature Communications, has been appointed as the PR agency of record for Clean Up Australia.

The agency has been charged with the remit of leading the PR campaign for Clean Up Australia Day, with activity to commence this month.

The strategic approach will encompass activity across earned media and digital influencers with the aim to showcase multiple campaign stages targeting communities, businesses and schools. The teams will work collaboratively to implement a communications plan that ultimately builds brand awareness and drives registration sign-ups for Clean Up Australia Day on Sunday March 5, 2023.

Clean Up Australia chair, Pip Kiernan, said the organisation was delighted to appoint Feature Communications to inspire and empower communities to clean up, fix up and conserve the environment.

“The Feature Communications team are experts at producing successful PR campaigns for national and international brands. They share our passion for the environment and their strategic, planned approach will help us to drive community engagement and grow our organisation’s reach.”

Feature Communications founder and managing director, Lisa Poisel, said: “We’re honoured to be working with Clean Up Australia, and with Pip again, who I have personally had the pleasure of working with previously. Our team includes some of Australia’s most versatile, dynamic and well-respected public relations professionals and I am confident that we can deliver an outstanding campaign that will encourage stronger community loyalty for the cause.”
