Fidelity Communications announces first win

Fidelity Communications, the strategic planning consultancy, has made its first client win announcement, scooping Real Insurance’s planning business from PHD.  

It was awarded the planning account without a pitch. PHD retains responsibilities for Real Insurance’s media buying.

Fidelity will handle the insurance company’s general insurance products, including motor, home and pay as you drive. It will cover all communication channels, including direct marketing.

The strategic planning consultancy launched last year after Chris Walton, former CEO of Mindshare and Maxus Australia partnered with Quantium, the data strategy company.

Fidelity pitched for and won the planning account for UBank a month after it launched, but until now had not been publicly disclosed. Walton said it also works on projects for several undisclosed clients.
