Fiftyfive5 launches graduate recruitment program

Independent research consultancy Fiftyfive5 has launched a graduate recruitment program.

The announcement:

Australia’s largest independent research consultancy has kicked off the 2023 Graduate Recruitment Program to find future research stars. Now in its third year, the successful graduate program has been attracting Australia’s brightest and most inquisitive minds and helping them build a successful career in the research and marketing industry.

“At the heart of Fiftyfive5 is our people and culture. We focus on hiring the best people, getting them focused on doing great work and providing them with an environment in which they can thrive. Our graduate program is the embodiment of this strategy, an integral part of Fiftyfive5’s commitment to investing in the industry’s future leaders,” said Darren Kemp, partner at Fiftyfive5.

Over the past three years, Fiftyfive5 has employed over twenty graduates. This year 12 graduate opportunities are up for grabs with the opportunity to work across different parts of the business.

Graduate of Macquarie University, Jessika Atkinson joined Fiftyfive5 this year as an account executive. “Partaking in the Fiftyfive5 graduate program has provided the opportunity to work with passionate, like-minded people who share a love for marketing and research. The exposure to industry and support offered through the Fiftyfive5 graduate program has been invaluable to my personal and professional development,” said Jessica speaking of her experience.

The structured application process for candidates helps Fiftyfive5 identify the strengths of new grads and the roles they will thrive in. Upon application, candidates will also respond to a strategic thinking task. The shortlisted graduates are further screened and interviewed via video and face-to-face before offers in November.

Cindy Grass, head of people and culture, said: “We are looking for creative problem solvers who are curious, smart, collaborative, and commercially pragmatic. Some of our best talents comes from the graduate program. We have increased the number of graduate positions every year – I can’t wait to meet the 2023 intake.”

The program is a full-time paid role, starting in late January 2023, with opportunities to participate in a combination of technical skills development and general capability building which sets our graduates up for real growth and a long-term career at Fiftyfive5. Applications close Monday, 3 October 2022. This year’s program is open to current or recent graduates interested in exploring a career in research.
