Five new speakers added to Mumbrella Sports and Entertainment Marketing Summit

Five additional speakers have been announced for Mumbrella’s Sports and Entertainment Marketing Summit, set to take place in Sydney on 7 April, 2022.

A merger of the Sports Marketing Summit with the Entertainment Marketing Summit (formerly BeFEST), the event will see key industry figures from both disciplines present sessions and participate in panel discussions.

Presenting exclusive research, MKTG Sports & Entertainment’s Jarrad Provis, together with MKTG’s Dominique Down and Stephanie Rudnick, will discuss why sports and entertainment brands must consider purpose-driven marketing.

Meanwhile, M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment’s Luke Haynes and Krystyna Frassetto tackle the evolution of passion, suggesting that marketers are not keeping up with the pulse of Australia.

Presenting exclusive research to the summit, the pair will explain why advertising in ‘big sport’ might only be one half of the answer to your marketing problem, and suggest ways to adapt beyond the monolithic definitions of passion points.

These latest speakers join the previously announced lineup, including DDB Sydney’s executive creative director Matt Chandler, The Brand Builders’ Vickie Saunders and Charlotte Woods, A-Leagues chief commercial officer Ant Hearne, and Jellysmack country head ANZ, Ezechiel Ritchie.

Further sessions will be announced in the coming weeks.
