FleishmanHillard’s new recruits: Chris McGhee, Helen McGuirk, Jacky Barker, Greg Collins and Olwyn Flanagan

Western Union has tasked FleishmanHillard with increasing the awareness of the financial services and communications company’s payment and money transferring services.

Meanwhile the agency will drive awareness for data technology company Western Digital and promote its verticals including photography and gaming.

Alongside its three new accounts, the agency has expanded its remit with existing clients Johnson & Johnson, Carnival Australia and Phillips.

“We’re always thrilled to welcome new brands to our stable, but we’re equally proud when long-standing clients continue to invest in their future with us,” Jenna Orme, general manager at FleishmanHillard said in a statement.

FleishmanHillard has also made five new appointments including Chris McGhee who joins the agency as group account director and will work directly with head of consumer, Stuart Terry.

McGhee was previously the head of communications at Caliber.

In other appointments, Helen McGuirk has joined as an account director while Greg Collins has started at the agency as an account manager.

Jacky Barker has been appointed as a social media manager for both FleishmanHillard and Eleven.

“We’re off to a solid start, all thanks to the great work we do with our people and partners,” Orme added.
