The former CEO of Australian fashion business Mambo, Angus Kingsmill, has acquired 50% of Sydney Digital Marketing.

Kingsmill founded Really Quite Good Investments with his wife, Virgin Australia CMO Inese Kingsmill, which will hold the 50% stake in Sydney Digital Marketing, as well as smaller holdings in Convicts, a NYC-based digital media brand; and Inner Origin, a health and wellness platform.

Kingsmill said the company’s focus would be “getting measurable and immediate return on investment for clients”, in the auto, property, health and wellness educational market.

“Since the beginning of the year, Simon and the SDM team have nearly tripled our client listing to 20, and are generating exceptional leads and sales results through digital platform strategies, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and Instagram,” he said.

“I love working with talented, driven and great people, who are revolutionising their industries with global outlooks, and at the moment my Really Quite Good Investments appear to be really quite good,” he said in a statement.
