Fox Sports highlights evolution of cricket in campaign led by ex-Foxtel CMO Andy Lark

Fox Sports has released its ‘Cricket Like Never Before’ campaign, which shows the evolution of cricket from the 1900s to the modern day.

Created by DDB, the campaign features Australians through the ages defining what’s “just not cricket”, including overarm bowling, female players, shin pads, a six ball over, pyjamas and the third umpire.

The Foxtel campaign was lead by the former CMO of the company, Andy Lark, who yesterday was ousted from the business as Kieran Cooney took the marketing reins. Lark joined Foxtel as CMO in January.

The ad was created by DDB Sydney, which has recently been the lead agency on the Foxtel account.

At the start of the month Foxtel officially launched its dedicated cricket channel, Fox Cricket, which is its biggest investment in the company’s history.
