Yip has also worked at MediaMath, where she was vice president and country manager AUNZ.

On her appointment, Yip said: “We have seen demonstrable improvements to marketing effectiveness for Foxcatcher’s Melbourne partners. With the launch of Foxcatcher Sydney, I am now excited to introduce our WorldView capabilities to the Sydney market. I’m also very much looking forward to collaborating with the leading Australia data and tech team.”

Foxcatcher, a data-driven marketing technology company for brand and agencies, was launched by Simon Ryan’s Ryancap last year, and announced a further $5 million in funding in July.

Foxcatcher managing director David Gaskill said: “Yun is a great mentor and a leading mind in adtech and we’re thrilled to bring her depth of knowledge and insight to our team and clients. Our investment in experience across marketing and asset management is increasingly differentiating our approach to the way brands organise and leverage their first party data and deliver growth and customer connection.”

Gaskill and Yip plan to scale quickly in Sydney with a growing local team and client portfolio, with Yip commencing her role in January.
