Foxtel Group nabs me&u CMO Clementine Churchill for new streaming role

Foxtel Group has hired me&u’s chief marketing officer, Clementine Churchill, in a newly-created role as head of brand and product marketing for streaming aggregation.

A Foxtel Group spokesperson said Churchill will report to the executive director of Project Magneto, Dani Simpson.

Churchill was promoted to CMO at me&u in 2022. Prior to the company, she held various marketing positions at The Arnott’s Group.

“Clementine brings rich experience in digital-first marketing and will lead the team on brand strategy as we build towards the launch of our super aggregator later in 2023,” the spokesperson said.

Mumbrella reached out to me&u for Churchill’s replacement but did not hear back prior to publishing.

Project Magneto is a new initiative by Foxtel in streaming aggregation as the business pivots from a pay-TV provider to a streaming-led company.

Foxtel Group partnered with Comcast-owned Sky in 2021 to leverage their integrated streaming aggregation offering, Sky Glass.
