Freedom Foods expands remit with 72 and Sunny adding creative for MilkLab

72 and Sunny has been named creative partner of barista milk range MilkLab.

The appointment marks the expansion of the agency’s remit with Freedom Foods Group, which engaged 72 and Sunny last year to be its design and comms partner.

72 and Sunny has added MilkLab as a client

72 and Sunny will develop a masterbrand campaign, while MilkLab looks to expand into international markets and continues to launch new products.

“MilkLab is adored by baristas and coffee-lovers around the country and now, working with 72 and Sunny on our first above-the-line campaign, we’re excited by the opportunity to introduce the brand to many more people around Australia and internationally,” said Freedom Foods Group general manager of marketing, Serge Costi.

72 and Sunny APAC CEO, Chris Kay, said: “We love working with the Freedom Foods team and to be asked to help on the epic MilkLab brand is awesome. Thanks to Serge, Natalie and the team. What a great way to start the year.”

72 and Sunny’s client list includes Amaysim, Chubb Insurance,  Golden Circle, Google, Lion, Paspaley and Sendle.

The agency was responsible for last year’s self-deprecating campaign for Toohey’s Extra Dry, which publicised comments about the beer including ‘Average at best, average at worst’ and ‘The Adelaide of beer’.
