From bust to boom in 240 AFR minutes…
The world’s economy is fast moving.
Just look how much can change in four hours, according to The Australian Financial Review.
At 11:15am, we were doomed…
Luckily, by 3:15pm, things were looking up considerably…

It’s not the AFR flip-flopping. The doom and gloom writer is the dreaded Ambrose Evans-Pritchard. He is the international business editor of the Daily Telegraph in the UK and is infamous for his sensationalist articles. One writer recently described him as the Kitty Kelley of financial reporting. He was called out by macrobusiness.com.au in January last year for much the same extreme reporting on the same topic which appeared in the Fairfax press in Australia and the Telegraph in the UK. Perhaps its his annual recycled article.
