Gelato Messina and Schweppes’ new collab delivers summer in a bottle
Soft drink brand Schweppes and gelato chain, Gelato Messina, have collaborated on a new range of drinks inspired by the latter’s tantalisingly icy products.
The limited-edition drinks pair the flavours of Messina with Schweppes’ fizzy beverages to keep drinkers cool as summer approaches.
There are three flavours to choose from: Passionfruit Lemonade Sorbet – a combination of passionfruit sorbet with Schweppes’ lemonade; Pineapple and Lime Sorbet – uses Schweppes’ fizz to elevate the tropical flavours of lime and pineapple; and Peach and Mango Sorbet – takes Schweppe’s signature “sparkle” and mixes it with mango and peach sorbet.
The range is available in participating retailers, and boasts three sizes for shoppers to choose from – 300ml, 600ml and 1.1L.
To mark the range’s launch, both brands are making the drinks available through “exclusive sampling events” in Melbourne and Sydney. Details of the events are available on @schweppesaus social media accounts.

“Consumers are seeking more engaging flavours, and this innovation delivers new options appealing to a younger audience.”
