Gemma Jones appointed deputy editor of The Daily Telegraph

The national chief of staff at The Australian, Gemme Jones, will rejoin The Daily Telegraph on 28 January as its deputy editor.

Jones replaces former deputy editor Anthony De Ceglie who was appointed senior editor of West Australian Newspapers (part of Seven West Media) in December. 

Jones has previously worked at The Daily Telegraph in roles including national chief of staff, and covering state and federal politics.

Vivienne Kelly

Vivienne Kelly was previously the editor of Mumbrella from 2016 to August 2020.
