Golf Australia names Liquorland as major partner for flagship tournament
Liquorland has been named the major brand partner of Golf Australia and its flagship tournament.
Ahead of the 2024 ISPS HANDA Australian Open in Melbourne, which begins on Thursday, Liquorland
At the tournament, the alcohol retailer will unveil the Liquorland Lounge – described as a “premium” activation at the fan experience zone which will run all weekend.
It is said to “set a new benchmark” for fan experiences, offering a fusion of golf, premium drinks, and social opportunities.
“We are delighted to welcome Liquorland to Golf Australia’s family of partners as we continue to experience significant growth in both the professional and amateur sides of the game,” said Michael McDonald, chief commercial officer for PGA of Australia and Golf Australia.
“We’re looking forward to collaborating with Liquorland to enhance our Summer of Golf, particularly with their upcoming Liquorland Lounge activation at the ISPS HANDA Australian Open.”

Liquorland will also be a partner of the PGA of Australia, Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia, BMW Australian PGA Championship at Royal Queensland, and Australian WPGA Championship at Sanctuary Cove.
