Green Hat scores with McCain Foods to bolster digital brand

B2B marketing agency Green Hat has been appointed by McCain Foods to enhance its McCain ANZ Foodservice unit’s digital brand.

Green Hat said the appointment came following a competitive pitch, with the engagement starting immediately.

McCain ANZ Foodservice is a supplier of potato products, vegetables, pizza and snacking solutions for hospitality venues across Australia and New Zealand.

“We are looking forward to working with the Green Hat team to evolve McCain Foodservice’s digital capabilities to deliver best-in-class customer experience to the hospitality sector whenever, wherever,” McCain marketing manager Meg Wise said.

Green Hat managing director Stuart Jaffray said: “We have significant experience and capability in the hospitality sector with current clients including Nestlé, ResDiary and Comcater.

“We are looking forward to deploying the agency’s capabilities and category experience to bring McCain’s CX vision to life.”

This is Green Hat’s latest win following its appointment by telco Superloop for a full-service account in September 2022.

McCain Foods has also worked with creative agency Dig and Cummins & Partners in previous campaigns.
