Hamish Stewart returns to CHEP Network after four years at GHO Sydney

GHO Sydney creative partner, Hamish Stewart has returned to CHEP Network in the newly created role of national executive creative director, experience.

Stewart joins CHEP’s national creative leadership team, focusing on “designing experiences” for brands and customers.

Stewart first worked at CHEP between 2018 and 2019 as group creative director, later joining GHO as strategy director, before being appointed creative partner in 2021.

Previous stints include executive creative director at R/GA Sydney from 2014 to 2018, group creative director at M&C Saatchi Australia from 2012 to 2014, creative director at Mark from 2007 to 2012, and creative group head at M&C Saatchi from 2004 to 2007.

Some of Stewart’s past work include NRMA’s Safety Hub and Google’s Through the Dark and Build with Chrome, and led creative output for Commonwealth Bank, Telstra, Optus, Macquarie, Samsung and more.

Commenting on his new role, Stewart said: “The canvas for creativity is broader than it’s ever been, and no-one is better placed to capitalise on the opportunity than CHEP Network.”

Last month, CHEP appointed Paul Meates as executive creative director, who returned to Australia after working at Droga5 New York as its group creative director.
