Hausmann Group rebrands as The Haus with promise of a new agency model

Communications group Hausmann has rebranded as The Haus to coincide with the launch of a new business model offering a quicker way to bring specialist agencies to market.

Described as a “new kind of independent agency group model”, The Haus will allow specialist service agencies to develop around a hub of shared expertise, practical and back office support.

The group, which opened its Ground social agency in March and integrated comms agency Illuminate Communications in May 2017, will also rebrand its Hausmann and Health Haus agencies as part of the changes.

Judi Hausmann, CEO of The Haus commented: “This specialist hub model has worked really well for us since it began with the launch of Banter in January 2016.

“It allows us to quickly and effectively turn fresh business ideas into working reality, ensuring our group offering is always growing ahead of the pace of our clients’ needs. This ensures that clients are well serviced, inspired and rewarded, while enjoying new, often cross-agency, solutions to their business challenges.”

“As a long-term entrepreneur, I’m a big believer in start-ups and know the resources needed to launch and quickly scale a compelling start-up agency offering are often prohibitive.

“I have never felt comfortable with the idea of selling my business so my solution was to create a model which is somewhere between an agency group and a start-up incubator, where business growth comes through nurturing partnerships with the next generation of entrepreneurs.

“The Haus is built around partnerships with proven talent, providing them with the platform they need to nurture and develop their ideas and bring them to market quickly and impactfully.”
