Havas Red picks up new Australian PR account

Following a competitive tender process, Havas Red has been named the PR agency of record for PagerDuty in Australia.

The agency has been tasked with amplifying awareness of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, elevating its presence within the Australian market, and executive visibility.

Described to “transform critical work for modern business”, PagerDuty is a global leader in digital operations management.

It integrates with tools to transform data into real-time insight and action. According to its website, “PagerDuty’s machine learning algorithms automatically reduce noise and create context & recommendations so you can focus on the events that matter”.

“We were impressed by Havas Red’s strategic approach and creative vision during the pitch process,” said Amberly Janke, senior manager, global PR at PagerDuty.
