Fullen joins Haystac as group business director

Simone Pipkorn, managing director of Haystac, said: “Our client partners are increasingly turning to us to deliver agile, multi-disciplinary communications solutions with cultural, social and commercial impact. Carolina joins us with an enormous amount of global experience doing just that and an equally tremendous level of energy and enthusiasm that will be an invaluable asset to our team.”

Fullen joins from MSL Brazil where she was the director of innovation and creative strategy for Latin America. There, she led the digital, creative planning and communications teams.

Previously, Fullen was the vice president of operations at Agencia Ideal.

Fullen said of her appointment: “I’m thrilled to be joining an agency with such a strong value proposition as Haystac. The warm, driven people, appealing client portfolio and ability to collaborate within an organisation that has had integrated communications programs at its core from its very early stages is a compelling combination.

“I look forward to building on the team’s existing capabilities while strengthening our business offering for existing and prospective clients.”
