Health and wellbeing agency 6AM announces 6 new hires

The 6AM Agency has announced six new hires, including Zahra Babuji as group account director.

Sydney-based public relations and integrated creative communications firm, The 6AM Agency, today announced the appointment of six team members off the back of significant client growth in wellbeing, good living and health tech.

The appointments include:

Group Account Director Zahra Babuji, previously at opr Agency, has been appointed to lead the growing team of integrated earned and owned communications practitioners. Babuji, who had a 10+ year career at Ogilvy PR in Singapore and Sydney, brings outstanding experience to the agency’s leadership. Babuji has worked across multiple global brands in technology, lifestyle, banking, and retail including Microsoft, SAP, Canon, American Express amongst others.

Graham White, previously Chief Operating Officer at opr Agency and Managing Director at Howorth, is consulting into the agency on a part time basis as Senior Advisor, working closely with the CEO and the leadership team. Graham brings more than 20 years’ outstanding agency leadership, coupled with excellence in earned and owned for global and local brands in technology, industry and start-ups.

Further appointments include:

Lara Doundoulakis joins as Senior Account Director counsel, with a stellar career in agency across South Africa and Australia, with a passion for leading great FMCG, Tourism and Sports work.

Megan Hoole joins as Account Manager following a two-year stint at IKEA, working on employee and consumer communications, with a deep passion for purpose-led work.

Cindy Alexandra joins from Taurus Marketing as Senior Account Executive, bringing a blend of B2B and B2C experience across PR, social and content, most recently working on UTS College, Educonnect and 2OP Health.

Carla Ishak graduated from 6AM’s internship program, and moved into a permanent role as Account Coordinator, as the agency continues its commitment to giving young industry talent a career start.
