Home and Away tops entertainment programs ahead of Winter Olympics

Seven’s Home and Away topped entertainment programs last night, however its Winter Olympics coverage topped the 16 to 39 and 18 to 49 demographics.

Seven News at 6.30 topped the 25 to 54 demographic, with Seven also having the largest network share on Thursday.

As mentioned, Seven’s Home and Away topped entertainment programs with 475,000 metro viewers, followed by Night 13 of Seven’s Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Games coverage with 460,000 metro viewers.

Nine’s RBT was next with 459,000 metro viewers.

This was followed by the coverage of Evening 13 of the Winter Olympics, with 447,000 metro viewers.

Overall the top program was Seven News at 6.30 with 865,000 metro viewers, then Seven News with 854,000 metro viewers.

Nine News was next with 792,000 metro viewers, followed by Nine News 6.30 with 729,000 metro viewers.

For network share, Seven had 34.5%, followed by Nine with 27.3%. Next was ABC with 16.2%, then Ten with 13.6%.

For the latest Consolidated TV report for 10 February, Seven News topped with 1.432 million total viewers, including 34,000 BVOD viewers nationally and an uplift of 3%.

However, the program with the highest uplift was SBS’ The Long Call, with an uplift of 120%, totaling 434,000 viewers with 122,000 nationally on BVOD.
