Huffington Post’s Nicolette Logue joins LinkedIn Australia as managing editor
Nicolette Logue has joined LinkedIn Australia in a newly-created role of managing editor.
She will be reporting to Isabelle Roughol, who leads LinkedIn’s editorial team internationally from her base in London.
Logue was previously news editor at Huffington Post Australia, and before that worked as supervising producer at 9News.com.au.
She began her career as a reporter on the Daily Telegraph.
A LinkedIn spokesperson told Mumbrella: “We are excited that Nicolette Logue has joined LinkedIn as managing editor for Australia.
“In this new role, she will be heading an editorial team that will be focused on bringing news and views to Australian professionals to help them get better at what they do.”
The news comes following the appointment Prue Cox, another publishing veteran, as LinkedIn Australia’s director of marketing solutions back in October. Cox previously worked for Pacific Magazines, NewsLifeMedia and Yahoo!7.
She also bakes amazing biscuits.
