‘I look forward to rolling up my sleeves’: Ex-Hearts & Science CSO leaps into Enrichd Group
Enriched Group has nabbed Hearts & Science’s chief strategist Kim Dolengowski as its freshly minted general manager of marketing and strategy.
Dolengowski’s career spans more than 14 years, including chief strategy officer from June 2024 to January 2025 at Hearts & Science; and UM Worldwide, which she joined as an intern in May 2013, before rising up through associate and leadership roles to become strategy director in September 2019.
Boasting Australian and international experience gained from working in the United States, Dolengowski’s decision to shift her career into the indie space was prompted by having the opportunity to work on purpose-led campaigns. The stuff that really “makes me tick”.
The appointment will see Dolengowski added to the company’s leadership team, allowing her to work beside group chief executive officer Brent Richardson, and GM of commercial and impact, Alana Fechner.
