iiNet goes for station domination
Internet provider iiNet has invited consumers to play Twister as part of a site takeover at Sydney’s Wynyard station.
The campaign, produced by WA agency Meerkats, consists of 77 poster sites – including bulkheads, floor graphics, pillar graphics and wall graphics.
It follows a similar commuter-targeting exercise at Sydney’s Town Hall station
A iiNet spokesperson told Mumbrella: “It’s a significant step up from our successful Town Hall station domination where we had 41 poster sites.”
“This large brand campaign is designed to dominate a high-traffic site in order to garner attention and build a level of engagement with a sophisticated Sydney commuting audience. Results at Town Hall station have been above expectations and we’re pleased to have communication to station users at at time when they are often distracted by other audio/visual stimuli,” the spokesperson told Mumbrella.
The promotion runs until November.
Hate these. Wouldn’t be so bad if the ‘iiNet guy’ didn’t have such a smug face.
