IMAA makes four additions to 2024 leadership team

The Independent Media Agencies of Australia (IMAA) has welcomed four new additions to its 2024 leadership team after debuting a refreshed board in December.

Those additions are Jenna Lambert, owner and managing director of Media33 (Victoria), Jessica Bray, head of media and product at Audience Precision (NSW), Mike Wilson, chairman of Hatched, and Michael Petersen, founder and client strategist at Pivotus (QLD).

The new members round out the independent media agency body’s Leadership Team to seven members, joining The Advertising Room CEO Melissa Roberts, Glide Agency CEO Es Chandra and AFFINITY chief brand officer Angela Smith.

Roberts and Smith were also amongst the three members named to on the new IMAA Board of Directors lineup in December. The pair, alongside BCM Group managing director Phil McDonald, joined existing board member Stephen Fagan (Media Republic director) and chair Jacquie Alley (The Media Store chief operating officer).

Alley said the IMAA was thrilled to have such a “stellar leadership team at the helm” for what was set to be another game changing year for the association.

“Whilst the IMAA Board of Directors focuses on governance and performance, providing operational support to our lean but mighty employed team, the addition of the Leadership Team is critical to activating the many initiatives we aim to deliver for our members this year.”
