Indie creative agency makes key leadership changes
Independent creative agency Tiny Disco has made some leadership changes that will see Celeste Mackay take over the role of creative director from founder Chelsea Morley.
Morley, who founded the Melbourne-based agency eight years ago with her photographer husband Stu Morley, will step away from leading the agency’s creative output, shifting to instead focus on business growth and development.

Under her leadership, the agency has worked with clients including Mecca and Dan Murphy’s, creating culturally-relevant advertising and content.
Mackay will assume responsibility, after being with Tiny Disco for the past two years as creative manager. Her promotion marks her return to work after maternity leave.
She has spent majority of her career clientside, most recently at Seed Heritage as brand art director and creative design manager. She was also the head of design at Grill’d, and held various design and merchandising roles at Chanel in London and Dubai.
She said she is “deeply passionate” about creating “exceptional, memorable work that makes a real impact” for clients.
“In an industry that’s fast evolving, the learning never stops; and that’s what excites me most,” Mackay said in a release on Monday.
“At Tiny Disco, we’re constantly pushing boundaries, and that energy is what fuels me every day.”
Morley said she is excited for this new era under Mackay’s creative leadership.
“She has demonstrated time and time again her passion and commitment to Tiny Disco, our team, and the
creative work,” she said in the release.
“We’re so excited for what’s to come.”
