Integrated creative talent joins Emotive as creative director

Independent creative agency Emotive has hired Michael ‘Graz’ Graziano as creative director.

Graziano brings over 15 years experience to the role, from various agencies including M&C Saatchi, whiteGREY and Leo Burnett.

He most recently freelanced at Akcelo as a creative lead, working with clients including TikTok, HCF, Pepsi Max and Smith’s Chips.

He has a background in art direction and social strategy, having helped bring back the ‘Gobbledok’ to TikTok for Smith’s Chips, and has extensive experience across technology, content and OOH experiential work.

Simon Joyce, Emotive CEO, said: “We are always on a mission to find the best talent and importantly, those who share our passion, values and ambitions.

“With such an impressive background, love of big ideas, and understanding of platforms and technology, we are excited about the impact Graz will make”, he added.

Graziano said he is thrilled to be joining Emotive.

“After meeting Simon and the team, I immediately felt they shared my desire to make ideas that break moulds, misbehave, or show up in unexpected ways.”

Graziano will be based at Emotive’s HQ in Coogee, Sydney.
