Baldovino, El-Hourani and Ransley have stepped into leadership roles at IVE

IVE Group was formerly the parent company of brands including Kalido, Blue Star and IVEO, however has since dropped those names to operate solely under the IVE banner. It then also acquired Salmat’s Australian catalogue business.

Of the new roles, Ransley will start in August. She joins after 11 years at MMW, leaving as the head of sales and marketing.

Baldovino and El-Hourani have already begun their new positions.

Baldovino previously spent 22 years at SEMA, which was acquired by IVE in 2017. When the company was acquired, she became head of sales for data-driven communications in Victoria.

El-Hourani joined IVE in 2015 and has been elevated from her role as national process and compliance manager.

IVE Group CEO, Matt Aitken, said: “It’s great to be releasing positive news during these times. I couldn’t think of two more deserving people than Rachel and Leana to be promoted. We’re very excited to be welcoming Jess to our data-driven communications offering too. I have no doubt all of them will continue to be fantastic leaders in their new roles.”

Sean Smith, CEO of the data-driven communications division, added: “These senior changes mark an exciting time for IVE as we enter a period of transformation and growth. They also serve as testament to our group’s ability to attract, retain and advance the best diversity of talent in the sectors we operate in.”
