The announcement:

Jack Morton Launches EXPOSED Graduate Programme 2020

Jack Morton, the global brand experience agency, today launches its creative talent incubator programme in Sydney for the second consecutive year. The EXPOSED programme is designed to grow creative talent in the APAC region, helping graduates unleash their creativity and ultimately shaping the future of brand experience. Jack Morton is looking for graduates to join the agency in Sydney, working with teams across the agency’s APAC offices. The program opens for applications today until November 20th, 2019.

Jack Morton is calling all recent university and college graduates to apply for a chance to secure a 12 month paid role with the Sydney creative team. To apply, applicants are asked to answer a brief in 30 seconds using a video taken on their phone. There is just one restriction – to stay anonymous. Why? It’s not about who they are, where they are from or what they look like, it’s about the idea.

“I think our focus on the idea and nothing else unearthed some great talent last year – two amazing young candidates with very bright futures. I’m incredibly proud of the opportunities we’ve been able to provide them and delighted by how they’ve seized the opportunity. These guys have been indispensable, working on live briefs from across the region, even coming up with pitch-winning ideas. I’m really looking forward to meeting the next batch,” says Luke Clifton, Head of Ideas at Jack Morton Australia.

Candidates will need to bring their brave thinking, constant curiosity and big ideas to the table for a chance to secure a place in the programme. Those shortlisted from the first round will be invited to a live battle of ideas that will reveal the final winners. At the end of their placement, graduates could be offered a permanent position in one of Jack Morton’s APAC offices which include Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Sydney.

“Nurturing and fostering talent is a key priority for us at Jack Morton and the EXPOSED programme is the perfect platform for young creative talent to grow and learn from the best in the industry. With Jack Morton Australia’s incredible history of exporting creative talent globally, I’m confident the programme will provide graduates with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to succeed,” says Vinny Panchal, General Manager of Jack Morton Australia.
