JCDecaux appoints new head of campaign execution

Out-of-home company JC Decaux has appointed Amanda Munce as its new head of campaign execution.

She joins with extensive campaign experience, spending 12 years working at Seven West Media, most recently in the role of commercial inventory manager. Her new role at JC Decaux, previously in the operations department, has been restructured to sit within the broader sales team.

Munce will lead the campaign delivery, campaign installations and campaign services teams, reporting to Cassandra Cameron, executive general manager for revenue strategy and operations.

On joining JC Decaux, Munce said: “I am so excited to join this progressive business and look forward to leading the team to deliver exceptional client service with customer success at the heart of everything we do.”

Munce’s appointment follows several other internal moves and hires for JC Decaux. Last month Oliver Newton was promoted to chief sales officer, and Cameron was also promoted to her current role. This reshuffle followed the announcement of JCDecaux’s new programmatic offering, allowing the out-of-home provider to trade 100% of its digital inventory programmatically.

Cameron said: “This important restructure and appointment brings together key client touchpoint areas that drive an increased focus on exceptional customer experiences. Our customers’ journey starts with the Sales and Campaign Delivery teams, and bringing these teams together ensures JCDecaux delivers an unrivalled customer experience and drives positive business outcomes for our clients.”
