Hannaford will take responsibility for direct clients and independent agency groups, whilst Watkins will lead the teams working with global agency holding groups.
Harris said: “Together, being promoted from their current roles as group business directors, Gemma and Morgan have a market-leading high-performance reputation, with a connected culture mentality at the core of their strengths.
“We are truly excited to see them lead the NSW Sales Team in what will be some of our most exciting years ahead.”
Watkins will step up with immediate effect while Hannaford will start in her new role in January. Both held their previous roles since February 2019.
