Marketing Operations Manager

We’re a leading customer engagement agency based in Redfern working with a number of global brands delivering a wide spectrum of digital projects. As a result, we require an experienced Marketing Operations Manager with a passion for delivering marketing automation projects to join our thriving team.

You’ll be responsible for making things happen, everything from the initiation of a project to reporting on delivery across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot DMP/Data Studio and People.ai.

The role is to:
• Project manage all aspects of marketing automation, from creation to delivery
• Develop relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and clients to build trust
• Manage all aspects of end to end project management, including scheduling, list importing, creation, testing and reporting
• Creating content for email marketing campaigns using Salesforce and HTML
• Liaising with both internal and external teams providing clear campaign updates

You will need:
• 3+ years experience as a Cloud Marketing Operations Manager in either an agency or similarly fast-paced environment with a relevant tertiary degree
• Experience planning and delivering CRM marketing automation campaigns
• First-rate project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Experience migrating databases and setting up new accounts within Salesforce platform
• Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to learn new digital tools
• Being skilled in Salesforce (Pardot) is essential
• Being skilled in Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua would be a bonus
• Proficient with Google Apps for Work, particularly excel along with a working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop and MailChimp
• Experience working with web analytics: Omniture, Google Analytics, Web Trends, Einstein
• An interest in innovation and technologies

It’s a fast paced and constantly changing environment and we need people who are hungry to do great things. The salary for this role is $95,000 package (inclusive of superannuation). If this sounds like your sort of gig – we’d like you to get in touch.
