Kaimera wins media account for property consultancy Knight Frank

Independent media agency Kaimera has won the local media account for global real estate business, Knight Frank.

Knight Frank has a new media agency

Kaimera emerged on top after a four-way pitch and will handle strategy, consulting, planning and buying.

Knight Frank advises individual owners and buyers, major property developers, investors and corporate tenants, and has 418 offices across 60 countries.

Locally, the consultancy has 26 offices and 1,000 employees.

Kaimera’s founding partner and former managing director of Vizeum Nick Behr said Australia’s obsession with real estate means there are a lot of opportunities for the brand.

“According to Google search traffic, Australians are more interested in real estate than in sport, so there’s a huge scope of potential for our partnership with Knight Frank. It’s a great opportunity to work on such an amazing global client,” he said.

Kara May, group marketing director for Knight Frank added: “When we met with Kaimera, the agency demonstrated great strategic insights and chemistry wise, they really are the best fit for us. We’re very much looking forward to working with them as we drive continued growth in the Australian market.”

Kairmera’s other clients include King Living, Nikon Australia, CBHS Health Fund, Pan Macmillan Australia and Ultimate Soccer.
