Kraft and Cadbury consolidates media into Carat

Kraft Foods has consolidated its media planning and buying account, including its recently acquired Cadbury business, into Carat.  

The Kraft account will come out of long-term incumbent Mindshare Melbourne, after the agency was recently reappointed to its estimated $15m media account.

Carat Melbourne already works on the Cadbury account.

Kraft secured its $21.4bn bid to buy the British confectionery company Cadbury in February this year, putting both companies’ marketing communications agencies on alert.
