L&A Social launches social media training and education program

L&A Social has launched a social media training and education program to help businesses implement and manage their own strategies across platforms.

The announcement:

In support of marketers and business owners, Australia’s leading independent social media agency, L&A Social, have launched a top-tier online training program, L&A Social Academy, teaching those in the field how to better understand social media in order to successfully implement and manage their own strategies.

Over the course of eight weeks, students at the L&A Social Academy will participate in live and interactive Zoom classes, taught by Founder and CEO of L&A Social, Gina Lednyak, and supported by the company’s social media specialists.

Each week, students will be trained to understand specific elements of social through the company’s proven seven step process – from strategy to content development and advertising to campaigns and analytics – to develop their own bespoke social media approach, cut through the online clutter and elevate their share of voice on social.

The program comes after Ms Lednyak and her team identified a gap in the social media market, which she says is two-pronged.

“Brand managers and marketers within large corporations are wanting to up skill and understand the ins and outs of social media so they can better leverage their specialist agency partners – like us,” she said.

“On the other end of the scale, SME’s, entrepreneurs and self-managed bloggers and influencers are wanting to know all the executional ins and outs of social media to be able to implement their own strategy in the most cost-effective, yet impactful way.”

With eight years of operation and global brand social media experience behind them, Ms Lednyak said that the team at L&A Social are proud to be taking their knowledge and injecting it into the one easily-digestible training program for those thirsty to learn.

“Social media usage and consumption is at an all time high, so now is the time for businesses to be making the most noise online. Through L&A Social Academy, we hope to equip those in the field with ample knowledge to be able to do that in the most powerful of ways,” she said.

The first round of L&A Social Academy classes begin on Wednesday 5th August and run weekly over online Zoom sessions. Each session is complete with downloadable worksheets and a live Q&A, and can also be viewed on demand for those who cannot attend.
