Land Rover supports rugby ‘Wherever it starts, however it ends’ in campaign starring Wallabies captain
‘We’re For Rugby’, says Land Rover Australia in a campaign showcasing its sponsorship and support of the sport no matter where it starts or how it ends.
Created by joint-venture Spark44, Land Rover’s new commercial features the journey the Qantas Wallabies captain Michael Hooper from his first win and first loss to the most important games of his career.
Tim Krieger, Jaguar Land Rover, general manager of communications and public relations, said in a statement: “Land Rover has been a long standing partner of rugby, both globally and locally. The work aims to highlight this by focusing on Wallabies captain, Michael Hooper.
“The highs and lows of where his rugby career started and the determination needed to reach the pinnacle of the sport today, perfectly complemented what we hoped to achieve with our sponsorship of the game.”
The campaign will roll out across TV, digital and social and position Land Rover as part of the rugby journey.
Australian Rugby player Kurtley Beale and Papua New Guinea player Will Genia will also feature throughout the campaign.

Apologies Greg and Marlin.
There seems to be some confusion with the information we were provided, but we should have investigated further and made sure our facts were clear/accurate.
I have clarified the copy and am looking into the error.
Thank you for flagging,
