Lavender’s Lachlan James joins TBWA Sydney as director of experience planning
TBWA has appointed Lachlan James to the newly created role of director of experience planning.
James joins the agency from CX agency Lavender where he was head of strategy until January this year.
Prior to his stint at Lavender he was working in New York as the director of strategy at McGarryBowen.
TBWA Sydney appointed James to help bolster its customer experience strategy for current clients and also win new business.
Matt Springate, chief strategy officer at TBWA Sydney, said in a statement: “As the world moves forward at pace, it’s vital that customer experiences are integrated as a core part of our planning process and it’s something that our clients are increasingly asking for.”
