Lexus creates iPhone app for CT 200h launch

The White Agency and Webling Interactive have created an iPhone application for client Lexus, which gives players the chance to win a new Lexus CT 200h hybrid hatch-back.

The car-style gameplay challenges players to race their virtual Lexus across Australia’s capital cities and complete each track quickly and efficiently. To get a good scare, players must switch between sport and eco driving modes to get fast lap times while saving fuel.

The game, called the Lexus CT City Challenge, invites players with the two top scores on all tracks to attend the International Motor Show in Melbourne for a live play-off on 1 July.

“The Lexus CT City Challenge complements a completely new launch strategy for CT 200h that included the Lexus Celebrity Challenge at the Qantas Australian Formula One Grand Prix,” said Peter Evans, Lexus’s corporate manager of marketing and after sales.

“The CT City Challenge demonstrates the Two Mood – Two Mode driving styles of the CT 200h and brings them to life in an addictive iPhone game, to which we‟ve added the ultimate prize – a brand new CT 200h,” he said.
