Lipton Ice Tea holds a pool party for Virgin Cocktail range
DDB Sydney has created a new TV commercial for Lipton Ice Tea’s Virigin Cocktail range featuring an underwater pool party.
Sarah Ryan, marketing manager at Unilever ,said: “We think the new TVC really captures the essence of the range – really vibrant and unexpected, with a great summer feel. We want the TVC to evoke those special, summer carefree holiday moments, but with an unexpected twist. The range is a great and refreshing alternative for the summer season, and we feel the TVC really embraces that.”
The campaign also includes outdoor and digital.

Attempting to coopt government required warnings to cash in on the alcopop crowd, or at least those who have to ask an adult to buy them from outside the bottle-o? Feels a bit icky.

Good to see a credit list that doesn’t equal the population of Luxembourg.

I think the reason the credit list is so short Dan is most people didn’t want their name associated with it. I can understand why. Not sure what Jimi Bostock is on but I wouldn’t be linking the company I worked for with such positive comments on something that is obviously a pile of poo. Shows very poor judgement.

The product idea makes me feel ashamed to be a part of the industry machine.

What is Julia Gillard doing sitting on the diving board? Is this an under-cover political advert?
