Liz Wigmore promotion headlines new leadership team at Foundation

Omnicom Media Group agency Foundation has appointed a new leadership group, headlined by Liz Wigmore’s promotion to managing director.

Wigmore has been at Foundation since 2008, and has now been promoted from the general manager role. Alongside her, there has been five new appointments into the leadership team, in order to “harness the power of collaboration with client and agency partners, accelerated by strategy, imagination, and media brilliance”.

These appointments include: Amy Carr as head of client collaboration; Ashley Wong as head of digital, data and innovation; Arum Nixon as head of product; Louis Mayne as head of investment; and Kim Dolengowski as head of strategy.

The new structure is “designed with client’s business and future media evolution in mind”.

Foundation said it recorded 20% year-on-year growth following client wins including Mercedes-Benz and Red Bull, with the agency now totaling 50 staff.

Wigmore said: “Our people, led by this incredible leadership team, are liberated to think bigger and draw outside traditional ways of working, as we look to provide clients with a new and tailored way of working with an agency partner.”

All appointments are effective immediately.

Last year, Wigmore appeared on the Mumbrellcast alongside OMG CEO, Peter Horgan to discuss the agency and its growth to date.
