Lush content agency wins pitch for WA community group, Ngala

Content marketing agency Lush has won a pitch to complete branding work for non-government organisation Ngala.

The appointment of Lush followed a competitive pitch process that involved three Perth-based agencies.

Lush The Content Agency has won rebranding work for WA community group Ngala

Ngala is a Western Australian community organisation that assists families and communities in supporting the development and well-being of children.

Lush head of client services, Brendan Lobo, said that the new client win reflected the agencies new strategic direction.

“Winning this pitch comes after a deep review of how we go about strategy as an agency. We have redefined how we incorporate strategy into our work as creative brand storytellers and to be chosen off the back of this is a testament to the changes we have made,” said Lobo.

“The team at Ngala asked for a creative branding solution but we used the pitch to take things back a step. It was important to show our strategic thinking and the complex narratives that work behind a brand identity and its key messages.”

Brian Smith, Ngala executive manager of strategy and business development, said in a statement: “We awarded the branding contract to Lush based on their understanding of our brand and the direction we need to take it.

“We are looking forward to a long-term partnership with Lush as we continue to tell the story of Ngala.”
