Mad Mex appoints Men At Work to PR account

Mexican food chain Mad Mex has appointed public relations agency Men At Work to its PR account.

The appointment will see Men At Work responsible for the company’s communications, creative activation and PR capabilities.

In May, the agency expanded its offering to digital to reposition it as both a creative and PR business.

In June the agency launched a youth strategy arm to target 18 to 34 year olds.

Adam Mumford, director at Men At Work, said in a statement: “The food is delicious and the brand is incredibly fun. It’s the perfect client for an agency like Men At Work. We are literally bursting with ideas, and we’re pumped to get stuck into the work.

“This win marks the first major client we’ve brought on board since launching our Youth Strategy Division, and it really justifies the direction that we’ve been taking the agency.”

MAW’s clients include Yamaha, Atomic 212, Mud Run, Garlo’s Pies, CPM Realty and Kennards Hire.
