MAFS keeps Total TV crown as Nine wins Tuesday

Married at First Sight has topped entertainment on Tuesday, as the network celebrated an overall network share win.

The episode aired to a metro audience of 939,000 metro viewers, with the program also winning all three key advertising demos.

In the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report for 15 March, Tuesday’s episode of MAFS was the #1 program nationally across linear, with 1.861 million viewers, including 485,000 on BVOD and an uplift of 47%.

The program with the highest uplift of that week was an episode of Seven’s The Rookie at 75%, with a Total TV audience of 363,000 and 40,000 nationally on BVOD.

Looking back at Tuesday’s ratings, next in entertainment was Seven’s Home and Away which aired to an average metro audience of 498,000 viewers.

Nine’s The Hundred with Andy Lee was next, airing to a metro audience of 487,000, followed by an episode of The Chase Australia with 471,000 metro viewers.

The Chase Australia on Seven was next, pulling in a metro audience of 486,000, while The Dog House on Ten saw 460,000 metro viewers tune in.

As mentioned, MAFS was the #1 metro program on Tuesday, followed by Seven News with 916,000 metro viewers, while Seven News at 6:30 had 888,000 metro viewers, and Nine News brought in 845,000 metro viewers, and Nine News at 6:30 had 843,000.

Nine won the night, taking an overall network share of 33.4% over Seven’s 24.4%, while Ten took a 17.3% share and the ABC had 16.7%.

Nine also won the primary channel share, and the top-rating multi-channel on Tuesday was 7TWO 4%.
