Mahlab appointed to run new publication Healthcare IT News Australia

Content marketing agency Mahlab has been appointed by not-for-profit health group HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) to publish Healthcare IT News Australia.

As part of the appointment, Mahlab will provide editorial content for the new website, which aims to become an authoritative source on people, policies, and technologies which drive healthcare.

Bobbi Mahlab, managing director at Mahlab, said the agency was delighted to be appointed, given the “international thirst for news and analysis” in the area.

“HIMSS – which is based in the United States – is expanding into the Australian market and is the fastest-growing B2B media group focused on healthcare technology,” she said.

“As a content creator, Mahlab already has expertise in the health area and we are delighted to work on Healthcare IT News Australia to keep Australian clinicians and IT experts abreast of innovations and implications in this fast-paced and high stakes field.”

Mahlab has appointed journalist Lynne Minion as editor of the new publication.
