Marketing consultancy TrinityP3 expands footprint in northern hemisphere with new JV

Australian-based marketing consultancy TrinityP3 has agreed a deal which takes it come closer to achieving a global footprint.

TrinityP3 has signed a joint venture agreement with Zurich-based Prospire which will cover Europe, the Middle East and Africa region. It builds on TrinityP3’s activities in Australia, Asia Pacific, the UK and North America.

The company is based known for its work leading creative and media pitches, but offers a wider range of services across marketing, finance and agency management.

Founder and CEO Darren Woolley said of the deal: “TrinityP3 works collaboratively not only with our clients, their procurement and their agencies, but also with likeminded individuals and organisations to take our philosophy on marketing communications management and methodology to the world. The joint venture with Prospire represents one of those ideal collaborations where the sum of the whole is greater than the two parts”
