Match & Wood appoints first national strategy director from Initiative

Sam Enshaw has been appointed as independent media agency Match & Wood’s first national strategy director.

Enshaw joins from Initiative Melbourne, where he was hired as strategy director in February 2019.

Prior to his role at Initiative, Enshaw spent time in Singapore at IPG Mediabrands APAC as regional implementation director. In Singapore, he worked with brands including Johnson & Johnson, Netflix, and Spotify. Enshaw has also worked at Carat, McCann, and UM.

At Match & Wood, Enshaw will be responsible for for leading the agency’s strategy offering.

Enshaw will be based in Melbourne.
