Matthew Crook has been promoted to Dentsu Aegis chief strategy officer CEO performance & data.

Dentsu Aegis Network Australia today announces that Matthew Crook has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer and CEO Performance & Data, Dentsu Aegis Network ANZ.
Matt’s new role sees him charged with working in conjunction with DAN ANZ CEO, Simon Ryan, on group strategic priorities and direction whilst maintaining his management across programmatic, performance, content and analytics for DAN.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Matt will be spearheading DAN’s overarching direction as the Group realises it’s Digital 2020 vision, with a particular emphasis on client-focussed organisational design, strategic acquisitions, partnerships, group based data and analytical capabilities as well as working with the executive team and brand business leads to help them achieve their goals.
Dentsu Aegis Network Australia CEO Simon Ryan said, “I have worked with Matt over a number of years now and I believe he is one of the smartest men in the industry.
