Maxus wins $2m Network Video media account
Maxus Melbourne has landed the $2m media planning and buying account for DVD rental chain, Network Video.
It won the business from incumbent Starcom, without a pitch.
Richard Smith, Maxus Melbourne MD said it has also been appointed to work on a public service project for a Victorian government body, but would not confirm the department.
It follows the agency’s wins this year of Jetstar, Monash University and Secrets. He added that with the two new account wins, the agency’s billings have grown by over $55m this year.
Network Video is part of The Network Group. Its main competitors are Blockbuster and Video Ezy.
